On Tuesday I went to Gisborn with my nana,aunty and grandad.We went there to visit my grandad’s family. I was so happy.

One night at 12’00n clock I played spotlight with the children in the neighborhood.I found three boys and girls. I had a torch to find the other children in the yard. There were 6 children in the house.

I watched a cool movie and it is was an alien movie. It was called The Alien killer.The movie was about an alien. The alien killed people and the people tried to ran away from the alien but the alien was too fast. Then I went to bed in the morning.

During this lesson I learned what happens to water when it is heated.When water is heated it evaporates as steam. It then cooled on the sides. This is condensation.This water then came back down. This is called precipitation.

Today I was learning about the water cycle.

Hockey

Yesterday my class went to the hall to learn how to play hockey.

First we played a warm up game called Rob the Nest. We had to run to the middle and get balls to bring back to our team’s nest. I really enjoyed this game.

Then we had to learn how to do some dribbling with our hockey sticks. Dribbling was a little hard for me.

My class learned a trick. We had to put our hockey under our arms and we had to flip the ball in the air. I found it tricky to keep the ball in the air.
